Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and overall business performance
- Maintain high operational standards and ensure exceptional guest experience
- Monitor operational and financial performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary
- Work closely with leadership to ensure the business operates in line with the brand’s vision and strategic goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or operations, preferably within hotels, serviced apartments, or premium accommodation
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations or management
- Strong professional network within the hospitality, corporate, or events ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and drive business performance
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make strategic operational decisions
- Excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating independently
- Demonstrated experience growing revenue and managing hospitality operations
- An extensive industry network that can be leveraged for partnerships and business growth
