Job summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and results-driven Business Operations & Growth Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gym, spa, and salon, lead staff performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive membership growth, and implement initiatives that increase revenue and business efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the gym, spa, and salon.
- Supervise staff, schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and customer retention.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into customers.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory, facility standards, and operational processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify and implement business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, administration, hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, or customer service.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales, customer relationship, and business development experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience managing a gym, spa, salon, hotel, retail outlet, or similar customer-facing business.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.
