Mission
Ensure the support and coordination of sales and marketing functions for his/her Market Segment in the country/region,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure the performance of the commercial team.
Main Accountabilities
1. Commercial Drive
• Support and coordinate sales and marketing functions.
• Coordinate with MSD strategies and principals management.
• Steer and ensure the implementation of group initiatives regarding the harmonization of business processes and best practices across the relevant local Market Segment.
• Steer the identification and development of new opportunities.
• Evaluate business growth potential (through market analysis and statistics).
• Maintain, develop and manage a relationship network with key customers and Principals.
• Ensure and foster positive business communication with Principals.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of local sales materials, exhibitions and promotion programs.
2. Business effectiveness
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, costs and results.
• Draw up budget
• Drive prices and margins policies
• Establish performance goals and KPIs for the sales organizations and monitor performances
• Responsibility for all A/R and A/P and Inventories.
3. People Management
• Management of the team (training, assessment, rewarding, etc.)
Requirements
Experience, Skills & Education (example)
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• > 5 years of experience in sales & marketing roles;
• Ability to influence and achieve results through others;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally;
• Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company

• Creative Thinking
• Analytical skills;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of IT tools.

• Managing Director, Regional CEO -2 Internal and external stakeholders of the role
• Internal: MD, commercial team, business controller, MSD, GPM
• External: Principals, Key Customers
