Strategic Leadership:

- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
- Optimize operational processes and resource utilization
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control measures
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth
Team Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate departmental teams
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Represent the company in key business engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in hygiene, FMCG, or service-based industry is an advantage
- Strong financial and operational management skills
