Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
  • Drive growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly


Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Optimize operational processes and resource utilization


Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets, revenue, and cost control measures
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate departmental teams
  • Set performance targets and monitor team productivity
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence


Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent the company in key business engagements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in hygiene, FMCG, or service-based industry is an advantage
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
