Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
  • Supervise Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and administrative staff to ensure efficiency, accountability, and productivity.
  • Monitor every customer order from intake to final delivery to ensure proper workflow, quality output, and timely completion.
  • Ensure the CRM and operational systems are properly updated, cleaned, and used effectively for visibility, tracking, and business control.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Ensure all departments work in alignment so that production, quality, and delivery targets are consistently achieved.
  • Support management in driving sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and overall business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management with clear action points.
  • Enforce staff discipline, performance standards, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
  • Carry out any other managerial or operational duties assigned by management from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience managing teams across customer service, production, procurement, quality control, or administration.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflow management, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, production, tailoring, garment-making, or a service-based business is an added advantage.
  • Ability to improve processes and create structure within a growing business.
