Responsibilities:
- Analyse business performance across products, departments, and business units.
- Identify areas of poor performance and opportunities for growth.
- Review operational, financial, customer, marketing, and product data.
- Develop performance dashboards and reports.
- Monitor business KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify trends and patterns that may affect business performance.
Process Improvement:
- Review existing business processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Identify unnecessary costs, delays, duplication, and bottlenecks.
- Develop improved workflows and operating procedures.
- Recommend automation opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
