Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ready to boost the sales of sachet water
  • Performing the role of a bulldozer for the sales drivers
  • Proactively identify, develop and manage where the sales drivers will be selling sachet water
  • Basic job for the holder is Market Development and Growth
  • Developing a Database (with phone numbers) of Customers buying the sachet water
  • Working closely with the sales driver to achieve sales targets
  • Taking Responsibility for the sales achieved by the sales drivers
  • Proactively solving problems for the sales drivers
  • Ensuring their vehicles have up-to-date papers
  • Helping them to avert problems that may arise from the Government Law enforcement Agencies like the VIO, Police, LASTMA, Local Governments etc
  • Banking daily sales money, with good record-keeping and evidence of daily banking to the manager
  • Ensuring good resource management
  • Communicate very well with the business leadership on sales i.e. reporting sales on daily basis.
  • Ensuring that the Company does not lose customers rather, increasing customer base
  • Coming up with strategies that can help to increase sales
  • Attending sales meetings as at when necessary
  • Ready to perform any other role as may be assigned by the leadership of the company


Requirements:

  • A good National Diploma Holder, with good experience will be good for the job.
  • Additional academic qualification is an added advantage but it is not the basis of our decision to recruit.
  • Must be able to communicate very well
  • Must be a mature person and a problem solver
  • Must be a crisis manager with both positive and negative life experiences
  • Ability to display love for a Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing company
  • Must be a people-person
  • Must be very agile at work
  • Must be result-oriented and not effort-focused
  • Must have a proven record that shows he had performed in sales growth and development before, especially in a fast-moving consumer products
  • Must be a very good record-keeper.


Location: Ijaye Ojokoro, Abule-Egba, Lagos State, Nigeria

  • Must know the mainland part of Lagos very well most especially, Ikeja, Agege, Ifako-Ijaye and Ojokoro Local Government Areas very well
  • Must be ready to either live within the factory or very close to the factory location


Remuneration: Depending on experience, the salary ranges from NGN 50,000 - 100,000


Note: Ideal candidate must be willing to provide a Minimum of two Guarantors for the Company
