Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and client retention within existing markets.
- Deepen engagement with existing corporate clients, HMOs, hospitals, and referral partners to sustain long-term relationships.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within current client portfolios.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and explore new needs.
- Expand the organization’s footprint through targeted partnerships and referral networks.
Market Retention and Client Relationship Management:
- Implement client loyalty and retention programmes that encourage repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate clients, physicians, and healthcare partners.
- Respond promptly to client feedback and complaints, ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Organize periodic appreciation events, wellness programmes, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand loyalty.
Marketing and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving revenue.
- Leverage digital marketing and analytics to target high-yield market segments.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase patient volume in underperforming service lines.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and service delivery with organizational goals.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Conduct periodic market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on business development, revenue performance, and client retention.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in healthcare marketing or business development, preferably in an established diagnostic or medical services organization.
- Demonstrated success in client retention, partnership management, and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of healthcare business operations and local market dynamics.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and revenue-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and accountability.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly
