Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for the pharmacy and healthcare division.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate, institutional, and retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, NGOs, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and customer opportunities to the conversion stage.
- Promote healthcare products and services through customer engagement and outreach activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, healthcare awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and maintain accountability for sales performance.
- Contribute actively to achieving the company’s monthly and annual growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
- Valid Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) practicing license.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close business deals.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms.
