Job Summary

A growing solar renewable energy company is seeking a results-driven Business Developer (Sales Executive) to drive client acquisition, promote solar solutions, and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solar sales, with a strong understanding of renewable energy products and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market
  • Promote and sell solar solutions to residential and commercial clients
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in solar sales or renewable energy industry
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of solar products and solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
