A client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive platform growth by building strategic relationships and securing quality property listings across key markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing partnerships, onboarding property stakeholders, and supporting supply growth initiatives that strengthen client’s market presence.


Salary: N250,000 - 300,000


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard property developers, landlords, and real estate agencies
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and partners
  • Secure quality property listings and ensure consistent supply on the platform
  • Develop partnerships with relevant institutions and industry bodies
  • Work closely with operations and product teams to improve listing quality and user experience
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of leads, meetings, and partnership opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports and updates on partnership performance and business development activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or real estate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred
