JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer with a strong HR background to drive sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will generate leads, close deals, and help us grow our client base through strategic business development efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients for our HR services.

2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand industry trends.

3. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.

4. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and meet monthly sales targets.

5. Prepare and send compelling business proposals that reflects our recruitment, payroll, training, and HR consulting services.

6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers to expand our client base and increase market share.

7. Develop strategic partnerships with complementary service providers and industry stakeholders to create business opportunities.

8. Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

9. Use your HR industry expertise to understand client pain points and position our services as effective solutions.

10. Conduct presentations and pitches to prospective clients that demonstrate our value proposition and competitive advantages.

11. Analyze sales performance data and market feedback to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

12. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote our services.
