Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target companies that align with our recruitment niche and service offerings (e.g., tech startups, enterprise firms, healthcare providers, etc).
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn InMail, and strategic phone calls.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and virtual meetups (as applicable).
- Design, deploy, and optimize email outreach campaigns using Instantly.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent platforms.
- Monitor deliverability, spam scores, and inbox placement rates.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements.
- Update deal stages, next steps, and follow-up tasks daily.
- Stay current on recruitment industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor offerings.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to help refine our service offerings and marketing messages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 Years of proven experience in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role within a Recruitment Firm.
- Demonstrable track record of bringing in new client accounts. You must be able to provide specific examples of clients you have won and how you won them.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools- you must have built and deployed campaigns using at least one of the following: Instantly.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Saleshandy.
- You must be tech-savvy and quickly learn new software, troubleshoot basic issues, and leverage automation to scale your outreach
- Experience recruiting for technology/engineering/ software development roles, etc.
- Experience with Cold Calling alongside Email Marketing.
Remuneration: NGN120,000
