Business Development Officer
Job summary
We are a growing IT solutions company providing IT support services and sales of computers, hardware, and related technology solutions to corporate clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a young, vibrant, and proactive business development officer to help expand our client base and drive revenue. The Business Development Officer will support sales, marketing, and client acquisition efforts, follow up on leads, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate activities related to IT services and hardware supply to companies.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and proposals for IT support services and hardware supply
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients and business opportunities
- Support marketing activities and client outreach initiatives
- Promote IT support services, computers, and hardware solutions to organisations.
- Coordinate logistics for hardware delivery, installations, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate client records, sales trackers, and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct basic market research on corporate IT needs and competitors
- Provide regular sales and business development reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (IT or hardware sales experience is an advantage)
- Good understanding or strong interest in IT products, computers, and hardware
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, target-driven, and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
