Job summary
We are seeking to hire an innovative and experienced Business Development Officer. We are a pioneering preventive health organization based in Lagos, Nigeria, seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to support our expansion and deepen our impact across the country. The successful candidate must have held a similar role and can demonstrate measurable achievements in business development within preventive health, diagnostics, HMOs, health consulting, or occupational health.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the healthcare and corporate sectors.
- Drive adoption of Prettyhealth’s adult vaccination and preventive healthcare solutions.
- Build and manage lasting relationships with corporate clients, healthcare partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and strategic presentations.
- Conduct market research to guide planning and identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to deliver on client expectations.
- Represent the company at health events, industry exhibitions, and networking forums
Requirements:
- Relevant healthcare degree or Bachelor's degree in health care management , health care marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
- 5–10 years’ experience in business development or sales within the Nigerian health sector.
- Proven record of success in securing partnerships, driving growth, or launching health initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of Nigeria’s healthcare landscape.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel as needed.
