Coinbox Limited is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive the commercial growth of its HR, Corporate Training, Personnel Outsourcing, Consulting, and Research & Development services.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive business growth across Recruitment, Personnel Outsourcing, HR Consulting, Corporate Training, and R&D services.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Directors, Business Leaders, and C-Suite Executives.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored HR and business solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
  • Manage and retain corporate accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Minimum 2:1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven and verifiable experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial account management.
  • Previous experience selling HR services, consulting services, training solutions, or other professional services will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social selling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered productivity and sales tools.
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
