Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the business network within the region.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales management, or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and overcome challenges.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and performance metrics tracking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in business-related events.
