Flick Radio is an Afrobeats radio station promoting Afrocentric music and lifestyle content across Canada and North America. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Secure partnerships with brands, advertisers, and content creators.
- Drive advertising sales and sponsorships.
- Analyze market trends to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost audience engagement.
- Report on sales and business development performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in business development or sales, preferably in media or entertainment.
- Knowledge of Afrobeats and African culture.
- Proven sales success and partnership development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for promoting diversity through media.
