Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop winning proposals
- Build strategic partnerships
- Engage clients and development partners
- Support resource mobilization to expand the organization's consulting and project portfolio.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience within an Agricultural/Food & Nutrition company
- A postgraduate qualification (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) and relevant consulting, project management, or research experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of data analysis software, graphic design applications (e.g., CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Suite), or digital communication tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Must have strong IT and Logistics Skills.
