Job summary
The Business Development Manager (Sales -ATM Solutions and Services) is responsible for driving the sales and growth of ATM solutions, including hardware, software and related services. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue target.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Market Development:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on expanding ATM sales and services.
- Identify potential clients and new market opportunities for ATM solutions, including financial institutions, retail, and independent ATM deployers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and present customized ATM sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals successfully.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of ATM solutions.
Product and Solution Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in ATM hardware, software, and related services.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of ATM solutions, demonstrating their value to their business operations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client engagement, and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial technology or ATM industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Knowledge of ATM compliance standards and regulations is advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ATM solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close high-value deals.
- Market Insight: Knowledge of the financial sector, including trends in banking technology and customer behavior.
