Job summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a premium restaurant in Ikoyi for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (Restaurant & Hospitality).

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, prospect, negotiate, and secure new corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and VIP clientele.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate organizations, event planners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive sales across corporate dining, private events, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, and corporate engagements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development performance updates.
  • Work closely with operations and management to ensure excellent client service delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development within the restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or luxury services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in securing corporate accounts and closing high-value business deals.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality sales, customer relationship management, and business growth strategies.
  • Experience executing digital and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
