Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a premium restaurant in Ikoyi for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager (Restaurant & Hospitality).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and secure new corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and VIP clientele.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate organizations, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales across corporate dining, private events, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, and corporate engagements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development performance updates.
- Work closely with operations and management to ensure excellent client service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development within the restaurant, hospitality, hotel, or luxury services industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing corporate accounts and closing high-value business deals.
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales, customer relationship management, and business growth strategies.
- Experience executing digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
