We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and selling HR consulting solutions to organizations across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and acquire new corporate clients.
- Promote HR Consulting, Employee Outsourcing, Management Training, Organizational Development, Workforce Advisory, and Recruitment services.
- Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value business deals.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
