Job summary
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong closer with experience in selling digital and software solutions to local and international clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and convert high-quality B2B leads.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Build and manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Sell software, web, and mobile solutions with a value-based approach.
- Engage and convert international clients (US, UK, Europe).
- Collaborate with the development team to translate client needs into clear briefs.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals (preferably in SaaS or digital services).
- Ability to demonstrate past sales performance (revenue generated, deals closed, clients acquired).
- Strong lead generation skills (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, outbound strategies).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, web, and mobile development (non-technical but fluent).
- Experience selling to international markets is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
