About the Role:

LawPavilion is Nigeria's leading legal technology company, providing AI-powered legal research, practice management, and document automation solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and judicial institutions across Nigeria and Africa.


We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to own and grow our enterprise segment, focusing on corporate legal departments in banking, oil & gas, telecoms, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors, as well as large law firms and government agencies.

This is a Builder-Leader role. You will close the first wave of flagship enterprise deals with your own hands while simultaneously designing the sales methodology, forecasting framework, and team structure for the next 3-5 years.


You Should Apply If:

  • You have personally closed at least two (2) enterprise B2B deals with Nigerian corporate or government entities where you led the entire cycle from prospecting to contract execution, and the deal value exceeded NGN 50M.
  • You have managed and won deals with sales cycles of 6 months or longer, involving formal procurement, legal review, and board-level approval.
  • You have carried a personal quota (not just a team target) and met or exceeded it for at least two consecutive years in a B2B or enterprise context.
  • You have either (a) managed at least one direct report, or (b) served as the de facto lead for cross-functional deal teams on complex pursuits.


Responsibilities:

  • Land Flagships: Personally identify, prospect, and close 3-5 new enterprise logos within Banking, Telecoms, Energy, and Federal Government sectors. 
  • Define the Playbook: Document the winning sales motion. What is the ideal demo flow? How do we handle procurement objections? How do we price multi-year Enterprise License Agreements?
  • Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of 2-4 Business Development Executives. You will be responsible for their performance and professional development.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Own the enterprise revenue forecast presented to the Board. Manage the departmental budget and allocate resources to the highest-value opportunities.
  • Diagnose business challenges: regulatory compliance burdens, legal research inefficiencies, matter management chaos, etc.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure our roadmap aligns with the voice of the enterprise customer.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years focused on the Nigerian enterprise market.
  • A law degree a very good added advantage.
  • Proven success selling complex technology solutions or high-value professional services. LegalTech, RegTech, or GRC software experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian public sector procurement (BPP, NITDA) and corporate governance structures.
  • Executive presence required to engage with Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), C-Suite Executives, and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Willingness to be client-facing in Lagos for the majority of the working week.
