- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.
