- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Pitch GloriasStandard’s services to potential clients and partners
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into signed engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate, manage, and close leads
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Solid understanding of social media marketing
- Clear knowledge of service-based business development
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
Deal Breaker:
- Inability to close deals or follow through on leads
Benefits:
- NGN 100,000 monthly (net)
- 30% commission on successfully closed deals
Location & Work Mode:
- Predominantly remote
- Physical meetings or in-person engagements may be required once a month, as needed
