The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across SMEs, corporates, and high-growth organizations. This role focuses on structured prospecting, consultative selling, proposal development, and commercial negotiation within the HR consulting and professional service.

Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate is a confident professional who can engage senior decision-makers, structure commercial conversations, and successfully close revenue-generating engagements.
- Identify new sales leads via networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or HR are an advantage.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- Working experience selling advisory, outsourcing, or recruitment services is highly desirable.
