Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the security sector, including background verification, physical security, and security technologies.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.
  • Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contracts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.


Requirements:

  • Proven business development experience in the security sector or related industries.
  • Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of security industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Experience with sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
