Role Description

This is a Permanent role for a Business Development Lead, based in Lekki, Nigeria, and conducted on-site. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks involve creating and implementing strategies to grow client acquisitions, while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the firm's continued business success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Research to identify trends and drive business strategy
• Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with Lead Generation and relationship building to secure new business opportunities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
