Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support business development and growth initiatives across assigned units
- Assist with market research, client engagement, partnerships, and reporting
- Utilise ERP systems and digital tools for operations and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Nigeria and the US
- Meet defined KPIs and performance expectations
Training & Development:
- 1-2-week physical induction and training in Lagos (fully sponsored by the company)
- Hands-on training on ERP systems, productivity tools, and corporate workflows
- Exposure to multi-sector business operations and international teams
- Continuous performance coaching and mentorship
Requirements:
- BSc or HND (any discipline)
- Little or no prior work experience required
- Strong computer literacy and IT proficiency
- Tech-savvy, innovative, and goal-oriented
- Highly diligent with strong learning agility
- Must own a personal laptop and have reliable internet access
- Willingness to work remotely and align with US Central Time when required
- Availability to attend Lagos-based induction training
Duration: 6 Months
Renumeration: NGN 70,000
Work Time Zone: Some interns may work Central Time (US) – as required
Training Location: Lagos, Nigeria (1 - 2 weeks – (Hotel and Feeding Provided)
