Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify new business opportunities through targeted market research.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Present the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market insights
Requirements:
- A minimum academic qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Business related to the oil and gas industry.
- Must be hardworking, committed, and very knowledgeable.
- Must be a self-starter and can work independently under supervision.
- Must have experience in closing bids and engaging high-network individuals.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft applications.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports.
- Candidate should possess project management skills.
