- Proactively sourcing new clients through cold calling, networking, email, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to build a robust pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prepare sales reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
