Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
