Job summary
Onpab Limited is seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence by promoting our ICT solutions, digital services.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop client-focused solutions.
- Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in business development, corporate sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the ICT, technology, consulting, or digital services industry is an added advantage.
