Business Development Executive
Job summary
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, pitching Control53, and closing deals with schools, academies, and training institutes. This is a remote role, but you may visit client locations when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential academy clients
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate Control53 to prospects
- Follow up and nurture sales opportunities
- Close new business deals
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent Control53 professionally during client visits when required
- Onboard new clients onto the Control53 platform, ensuring a smooth setup process
- Train clients on how to effectively use Control53 features (courses, students, live classes, analytics, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the onboarding phase
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable with meeting targets
- Tech-savvy (SaaS or software sales experience is a plus)
- Abuja-based
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 400,000 monthly (based on experience)
