Business Development and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine services based on market feedback and demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and business development activities to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. minimum of 2 years experience
• Proven experience in marketing and business development roles in the IT INDUSTRY, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of IT current marketing trends, digital platforms, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
