Elevare Human Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development & Executive Affairs Manager to drive business growth while providing executive support to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
Executive Affairs:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and follow-ups.
- Support the execution of strategic business initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development, Executive Assistance, Client Relations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
