This role focuses on structured prospecting, consultative selling, proposal development, and commercial negotiation within the HR consulting and professional sector

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across SMEs, corporates, and high-growth organizations. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or HR are an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within consulting or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
  • Working experience selling advisory, outsourcing, or recruitment services is highly desirable.
