Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are a multi-line business operating across Oil & Gas Servicing, Construction, and Corporate Training. We have strong foundations, a clear growth strategy, and a founder who knows how to close deals we just need someone to build the pipeline in front of those conversations. This is not a passive account management role.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Get Prospect across three distinct industry segments: Oil & Gas, Construction, and Corporate Training. using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in the CRM with discipline and accuracy.
- Follow up on warm contacts and previous engagements; nothing slips through the cracks.
- Brief the MD ahead of meetings with context, history, and opportunity sizing
- Produce a weekly pipeline summary honest, clear, and includes actions
- Work closely with our PA on any compliance documentation needed to support proposals.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a BSc. in any related field
