Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Other responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies, attending industry events, and creating innovative strategies to drive company growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of wellness and mental health advocacy is a plus
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
