Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client base and revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include;

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients through market research, networking, online platforms, email marketing and cold calling. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements. Conduct effective presentations to showcase our recruitment solutions and services.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and enhance our services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of client requirements, providing necessary information and maintaining clear communication.


  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.


Job Type: Commission-Based

  • Commission Structure: 10% of the value of the client’s first invoice.
