Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across all sectors
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies in target markets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies with company goals
- Prepare regular performance and market insight reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales leadership
- Strong understanding of multi-sector business environments (Real Estate, Energy, Tech, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities
- High level of professionalism and business acumen
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
