Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote Stride Recruitment’s services to organizations seeking staffing and recruitment support.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in the HR or recruitment sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
