Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one coaching and group coaching sessions
- Guide clients on leadership, operations, sales, and productivity

- Provide feedback, motivation, and performance reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and growth
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions
