Business Champion (Operations Analytics & Leadership Track). As a Business Champion, you will serve as a critical link between shopfloor operations and technology-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, improve operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple locations. This position is not purely a technical Data Analyst or Data Scientist role. Rather, it is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential, business acumen, learning agility, and the ability to translate insights into action and measurable business results. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
- Generate actionable insights that drive productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and report key business and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support business decision-making through data analysis, forecasting, and performance modeling.
- Collaborate with operations, production, technology, and management teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across manufacturing and business operations.
- Act as a bridge between shopfloor operations and technology teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in driving business objectives.
Requirements:
- First-Class Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in: Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Related quantitative disciplines.
- 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Recent NYSC graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship, industrial attachment, or project experience in manufacturing, operations, analytics, or business improvement is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, or related analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, production processes, or shopfloor operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret complex data and convert findings into business recommendations.
- Strong leadership potential and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Remuneration: 300,000 – 700,000 (Based on Skills, Experience & Potential)
