Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis on business processes and performance, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, and reports.
- Assist in the prioritization of business and information needs, acting as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Lead the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are deployed effectively.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of technical and business practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Experience with project management and business process improvement is highly desirable.
