Buisness Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate catering, events, partnerships, delivery platforms, brand collaborations)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, landlords, and corporate clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to drive growth strategies
• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility
• Support restaurant expansion projects, including new locations and concept development
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance insights for senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (restaurant, hospitality, F&B, or retail preferred)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Understanding of restaurant operations and revenue drivers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
