Job Summary
The Brand Manager has the responsibility for ensuring the achievement of the company’s market share, brand equity, gross margin, brand awareness, and penetration. Functionally reports to Director, Fountain Head, SBU

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of agreed sales volumes and gross margin on the product group
- Facilitate the achievement of planned market share, profitability, awareness, and penetration to sustain market leadership
- Efficient deployment of agreed brand spending to achieve an agreed level of profitability and brand equity
- Manage and motivate the team to increase their confidence level of vibrancy necessary to drive innovation
- Ensure the achievement of designated brand image and equity in the marketplace to sustain competitive superiority
- Facilitate the availability of agreed products and stock-keeping units (SKUs) to avoid stock out, while minimizing faking of any pack sizes
Job Requirements & Person Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience out of which the minimum should be 3 Years in Brand Management and 2 must have been in Sales with responsibility for Channel Management
- MBA Marketing would be an advantage
- Data-driven, proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, and able to develop insights for data
- Comfortable with traveling to different parts of the country
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of brand details
Remuneration: NGN 6,000,000 - 9,000,000
