Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, differentiation, and growth.
- Use data and research to understand consumer motivations and market opportunities.
- Lead teams and agencies to deliver impactful, on-brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee campaign performance and continuously improve results through insight-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with influence.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills—you balance strategy with storytelling.
