Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven account strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Analyze client needs, industry trends, and market competition to identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
- Ensure seamless execution of account strategies by collaborating with internal teams.
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize digital campaigns, improve client ROI, and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for client engagement and business expansion.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance service rendering.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring proactive communication and long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored action plans to address client objectives, challenges, and business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative writers, creative designers, creative strategist, community managers) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to align teams with innovative digital marketing trends and best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of account strategies, processes, and solutions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, client KPIs, and digital analytics to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop reports and strategic insights for management and clients, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
- Evaluate existing account management processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, strategic planning, sales operations, customer engagement, and innovation.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Workplace)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Certification, are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
